You have all heard it or seen it - the hashtag. It's used everywhere, TV shows, concerts, on the radio and by businesses.
So what is it? It started with Twitter, in a post you can hashtag (eg #technews).
Each post that has that hashtag can be found by searching Twitter - it's a way of grouping posts.
Instagram has followed, allowing to tag images. If Facebook introduced the feature, it would be no surprise that it would become popular.
