A new start up known as MadVideo has cleverly designed an online program, allowing users to add interactive content to their YouTube videos. Once you have logged in, all you need to do is insert your YouTube URL and you’re good to go.
Below, we have copied and pasted a section from their website, explaining the unique video tagging process.

Once inside The Mad Video Studio, you will see your videotimeline divided into scenes that are automatically detected, making it easier to place tags in your video.
To create new tags, select the kind of tag you want to create (People, Place, Product, etc) from the “New Tag” window and drag them to the desired video scene below.
Upon applying your tag to a video scene, a window will open where you can fill in text, images and other additional content that will show when people click on your tag.
After saving your content, you will see your newly created tag attached to the corresponding scene. By clicking on the tag, you can make further edits as necessary.
Should you wish to make any changes to the scenes, you may do so by directly clicking on scenes in the timeline, which will frame the scene in a blue bracket. You can then click and drag the edges of the bracket to adjust the scene or merge with neighboring scenes.
If you would like to split a scene, move the red cursor to where you would like to make the split, The blue “+” button at the top will reveal the divide button.
At any point you can preview your interactive video by clicking “Preview”.
